WHO ARE THE DANCERS?

At MuskieTHON, the dancers are the Xavier University students who stand together for 12 hours in support of the fight against pediatric illness. These dancers are asked to stand together, dance together, play games together, and participate together in activities for the entirety of the Dance Marathon to raise awareness and money for those kids being treated at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. This year, dancers are asked to raise at least $50.00 in support of Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. If you need ideas on how to fundraise, check out our Fundraising Toolbox page!

WHAT DO DANCERS DO?

The dancers make sure “No Kid Dances Alone”. They are the people who help raise the money that is donated to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. They are the people who call on their relatives, friends, and employers to receive donations that make the life of a child fighting illness just a little bit easier. They are the people who come together in February to dance for a cure for pediatric illness. Most importantly, they are the people who make the Dance Marathon a transforming experience for not only every dancer, but also every Miracle Child in attendance.

Each dancer is committed to raise money for the cause, but most dancers go above and beyond to help us reach our goal. For ideas on how to fundraise, visit the Fundraising Toolbox page.
